📦 Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time & Charges
• 📍 Punjab & Nearby States: 2-4 days
• 📍 Rest of India: 5-7 days
• Shipping Charges: Based on order value and location (displayed at checkout).

3. Tracking Your Order
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
• You can also track your order on our website under the “Track Order” section.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD is available for most locations.
• Additional COD charges may apply.

5. Delivery Delays
• Delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or courier issues.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:
✅ You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
✅ The product is sealed and unused (except in case of damage).
✅ You contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

❌ Opened, used, or tampered products.
❌ Products without original packaging.
❌ Personal care or hygiene products.
❌ Orders placed by mistake.

3. Return Process

⿢ Provide order details and pictures of the damaged or wrong item.
⿣ Our team will verify and approve the return request.
⿤ The item must be sent back to us in original packaging.
⿥ Once received and inspected, we will process a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after return approval.
• If payment was made online, the refund will be credited to the same payment method.
• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are only available if you receive a damaged or incorrect product.
• No exchanges for change of mind or wrong selection.
