Directions: Mix 1 Scoop (180 grams) half serving 300ml of cold milk or water. Serving size and mixing ratio can be adjusted to meet individual requirements & taste preference. For ease of mixing use either blender or shaker. For best result take one serving in the morning and another immediately post workout. Additional servings may be taken during the day to meet individual caloric requirements. Use as recommended by your Physician. Not more than 2 scoop per day.
