### 1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled **before they are dispatched**.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it **cannot be cancelled** under any circumstances.

### 2. Refund Policy
- If you receive a **damaged**, **defective**, or **incorrect product**, you must contact us within **3 days** of receiving your order.
- Refunds will only be processed for items that are **unopened**, **unused**, and in their **original condition and packaging**.
- Refunds will be initiated after inspection and may take **5-7 business days** to reflect in your account.
- **Shipping charges are non-refundable**, unless the error was on our part.
### 3. Return Process

- Our team will verify your claim and provide instructions for the return process.
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our side.
### 4. Exceptions
- **Opened or used products are not eligible** for return or refund.
- Due to the nature of health and nutrition products, any item with a broken seal **cannot be returned**.
